    They have a bad habit of forgetting straws/napkins/condiments and don't listen to their customers orders at all it seems. We're regulars that order the same thing all the time, a BLT Bagel, a Breakfast Burrito and a Sausage and Egg McMuffin. The last three times we've been, the food has been either cold, or burnt and rock hard, and we end up recieving a biscuit instead of the McMuffin. If you value service and decent eats, this is not the place to go.
